Tobias Kirkman, MSRE, LEED Green Associate, currently serves as a Construction Manager at Ocean West Capital Partners since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer at Burger Construction from December 2019 to May 2024, and as a Project Engineer at Hill Construction Company from March 2019 to December 2019, where budget creation and value engineering were key responsibilities. At The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from May 2017 to March 2019, Tobias developed bids and budgets and managed subcontractor invoices. Earlier roles included teaching ACT preparation at The Princeton Review and internships at Hathaway Dinwiddie and Woodward Design+Build. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
