Pam Byron-Button, PMP, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Programs, Planning and Governance at Ocean Spray Cranberries since November 2022. In this role, Pam focuses on aligning the Tech Application Portfolio, enhancing Program Governance, and driving Strategic Planning, while promoting the adoption of SAFe Agile and organization-wide Change Management initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operations & CAO at Upland Capital Group, where responsibilities included overseeing startup operations for an E&S insurance firm, and contributing as a PMO Consultant for Ocean Spray through Millennium Consulting. Earlier roles include Vice President of Service Operations & PMO at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company, Senior Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Project Manager at Johnson & Wales University, among others. Pam holds a B.A. in Political Science and Organizational Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a certified Project Management Professional.
