Luke Farrell is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as a Third Mate at Ocean Shipholdings Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Luke has held Third Mate positions at Maersk Line, Limited during two separate stints in 2020 and 2021, and at American Steamship Company in 2019. Prior to that, Luke began a career in maritime and related fields as an Able Bodied Seamen and has also worked as a Carpenter's Assistant at Mr. Renovation and as a Research and Evaluation Assistant at The Franklin Institute. Luke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from State University of New York Maritime College, complemented by studies at Drexel University.
