Rudy Gonnella has a vast and varied work experience in the hospitality industry. Rudy started their career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 1986 as a Director of Banquets. Rudy then moved on to Charleston Place Hotel in 1991, where they served as Director of Banquets for eight years. In 1999, they joined Amelia Island Plantation as the Director of Catering and Convention Services, and later held the same position at Registry Resort Naples from 2002 to 2004. In 2009, Rudy became the Catering Sales Manager at LXR, and in 2011, they worked as the National Sales Manager, Southeast at Waldorf Astoria Naples. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Director of Conference Sales at Ocean Reef Club, a position they have held since February 2019.
