John Williams has a strong background in BIM coordination and detailing, currently serving as a BIM Coordinator and Detailer at Ocean Park Mechanical Inc since July 2019. Previously, John held positions as a Detailer at Total Mechanical, Inc. from January 2018 to July 2019 and as a 3D Modeler & Detailer at BIM Connection / CADD Connection from June 2015 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a 3D Modeler at CADD Connection LLC from October 2012 to June 2015, where John also took on the role of Lead Coordinator. Professional expertise encompasses HVAC design, drafting, Revit modeling, coordination, and training. John Williams completed education at Chemeketa Community College from 2006 to 2008.
