Michelle Heiberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, strategy, and operations management. Since co-founding Ocean.io in May 2014, Michelle has served as COO, focusing on finance, HR, legal matters, and GDPR strategy. Prior to this role, Michelle operated as an International Business Strategy Consultant from 2010 to 2014, specializing in M&A and interim management. Michelle also founded a law firm from 2003 to 2010 and held senior leadership positions in various technology firms, including Worldwide Vice President of Business Alliances at Agile Software and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at SIERRA ATLANTIC, INC. In earlier roles, Michelle served as Vice President for Eastern Europe Partner Business and Head Legal Counsel for Informix Software. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
