David Baker is currently a Board Member at Smart Recruit Online. David has previously worked as a UX Designer for Cox Communications, ignition inc., and Accenture. David was also the Creative Services Manager for The Weather Channel and the Director of User Experience Design for Rare Medium Atlanta.

David Baker attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they earned a certification in human-centered design from Luma Workplace.
