Joris Bouwsma has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and domains.

Joris began their career in 2011 as a Quality Manager at E-Care Repair Services B.V. before moving on to become a Business Development Specialist at Farnell element14 in 2012.

In 2013, Joris joined Akamai Technologies where they held various positions including Client Service Manager, Integration Architect, and Senior Product Manager. Joris served in these roles until 2021, during which they gained expertise in product management, data experience, and reporting.

Currently, Joris works at Ocado Technology as the Head of Product - Local Fulfilment. Joris joined the company in 2021 and has since been leading a team responsible for evolving and supporting warehouse automation software. Joris has also incorporated and led a UX team within the department to enhance user experience. Joris plays a key role in driving strategic product decisions and representing department strategy and roadmap in conversations with executive leadership.

Joris Bouwsma studied International Business and Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, but the duration is unknown. In 2018, Joris obtained a certification in "How To Create Products Customers Love" from the Silicon Valley Product Group.
