Dylan Long is a Senior UX Researcher at Ocado Technology, focusing on developing cloud-based developer infrastructure tools since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a User Experience Researcher at Depop and User Researcher at Westminster City Council, alongside a position as a UX Researcher at Octopus Investments, where insights were gathered for various cross-disciplinary teams in financial services. Dylan has also worked in compliance and operations at Futureheads Recruitment and performed roles in customer service and teaching assistance earlier in the career. Dylan holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language & Literature from The University of Nottingham and completed high school at Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys, excelling in subjects such as English and Mathematics.
