Brianna Swanson, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Center North America and Director of People Operations at Ocado Technology since December 2021, Brianna has previously held leadership roles such as Head of People Operations at Kindred.ai and Head of People at The Hatch Agency. Additional positions include Head of People at Deliv, Head of HR at Betts Recruiting, and Corporate Case Assistant at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Early career experiences include roles as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper, Congressional Intern, and various positions at Miner Productions. Brianna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Marymount Manhattan College.
