Ruwan Fernando is a seasoned professional in talent and development, currently serving as the Talent & Development Lead at Ocado Retail Ltd since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent People Development and Talent Consultant at Ruwan Fernando Consulting from April 2015 to April 2022, and Talent and Development Manager at Hearst UK from January 2016 to August 2021. Ruwan has also held various positions such as Group People Development Manager at JUST EAT, Group Talent and Learning Innovator at TalkTalk, and Talent & Development Manager at both Guardian News & Media and Watson, Farley & Williams.
