Amanda Yu currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Ocado Retail Ltd, a position held since July 2021, where responsibilities also include acting as Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to Ocado, Amanda held the role of Senior Manager at Bain & Company from October 2014 to July 2021, and led a team as Group Strategy Manager at innocent drinks for a brief period in 2018. Amanda began their professional journey with internships at prominent firms including McKinsey & Company and J.P. Morgan, among others. Education was completed at the University of Oxford, earning an MBiochem in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, following studies at Wycombe Abbey School.
