Fabio Casale has over 24 years of experience in operations and team management, with a notable tenure at Ocado since August 2005, where positions held include Operations Manager, Flow Manager, and Team Leader. Prior to this, Fabio worked at Computacenter from January 1999 to June 2005 as a Team Leader. Educational achievements include a Level 5 qualification in management and leadership with a focus on Retail Management from North Hertfordshire College (2018-2020) and a Level 4 NVQ in warehouse & distribution from the University of Hertfordshire (1999-2001).
