Biju Kulathakal is the Founder and CEO of LightSpeed, a role they have held since 2024. They are also a Co-founder of Halo Investing, which they contributed to from 2015 to 2023. Biju has served on the Computer Science Advisory Board at the Illinois Institute of Technology since 2012 and is a Venture Partner at OCA Ventures. They have extensive entrepreneurial experience, having founded multiple companies, including Trading Block and Vidya Foundation, and held owner positions at GetAMovie and Redbox. Additionally, Biju has been involved in various board roles, including with the Beck Foundation and the Chicago Charter School Foundation.
