Noora Manninen is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering and surface engineering, currently serving as Project Manager for R&D Product Development at OERLIKON BALZERS Surface Solutions since March 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Development Process Engineer specializing in new thermocouples at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, S.A. from April 2016 to March 2018. Noora holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, alongside significant research experience in Transmission Electron Microscopy completed at both the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory and The University of Texas at Austin. Educational background also includes a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
