Felicity is a company secretary and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience gained in private practice and ASX-listed environments, who now provides governance and legal services as a consultant.

From previous roles in ASX10 companies, Felicity has experience in delivering annual general meetings and board meetings, developing and refining governance processes, providing strategic support and advice on a broad range of governance issues and navigating the interface between boards and management. She also has broad experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly corporate advisory, commercial contracting and intellectual property.

Felicity is a Fellow of the Governance Institute, a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional. She has a particular interest in developing and improving processes to create clarity, efficiency, and accountability, as well as delivering complex projects for Boards and senior management seeking to deliver positive outcomes.
