Amu Olaghere has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Since 2022, they have been working as a PKI Encryption Engineer at OBXtek on a contract for the Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining encryption for over 300 servers on 14 DSMs across 5 demilitarized zones. They created SIEM reports and performed inspections for customer site locations. Their earliest work experience was as a Safety Equipment Supervisor in the US Navy, where they supported three deployments in the Asia Pacific region. Their main responsibilities included repairing and troubleshooting computer components for safety equipment.
Amu Olaghere has studied Computer and Electrical Engineering at Morgan State University. They also have a background in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University. In terms of certifications, Amu has obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in July 2021. They also hold an Active Clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
