Denisa Dedeic currently serves as a Specialkonsulent/Udbudsjurist at Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse, with responsibilities in the procurement legal section starting in May 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Transaction Manager at Obton, where Denisa focused on drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements and loan agreements related to solar park acquisitions from December 2021 to May 2024. Denisa also served as a Legal Counsel at Centrica Energy Trading from June 2017 to December 2021, managing a variety of contracts in both civil and common law contexts, and participated in an international secondment within Centrica's Energy Marketing and Trading division. Early career roles include positions at Neas Energy A/S as a Student Assistant and Legal Aid - Retshjælp i Danmark as a Voluntary Legal Advisor. Denisa holds degrees from Aalborg University and completed secondary education at Munkensdam Gymnasium.
