Emre Toptanci is an experienced professional in application development and process management, currently serving as Application Development Team Lead at OBSS since May 2013, overseeing all stages of product lifecycle including development, operation, and global support. Previously, Toptanci held various roles at Anadolu BiliÅŸim Hizmetleri from May 2006 to May 2013, including Process Manager, Software Team Leader, and Software Developer, focusing on designing and implementing business processes and software solutions on Microsoft platforms. Emre began a career in software development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkey from November 2004 to March 2006, contributing to the MFA Consulate Automation System and e-Consulate website. Toptanci holds a degree from Ege University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
