Manish Raval has been working in the IT industry since 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Customer Operations Representative at Bharti Airtel Services. In 2005, they moved to Convergys India Services where they worked as a Senior Technical Lead & Trainer. In 2007, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Support Engineer, Infrastructure Consultant, and Technical Account Manager (TAM). In 2016, they took a sabbatical and worked as a Consulting Product Manager at ERIS Lifesciences. In 2017, they joined Okta, Inc. as a Principal Solutions Engineer and was awarded the President's Club award in FY22 and SE of the Year in FY22 and FY19. Currently, they are working as a Lead Solutions Engineer at Obsidian Security, where they are responsible for building the Obsidian brand, GTM, and new customer acquisition on the Canadian & US east coast.

From 2001 to 2002, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Advanced Computer Applications at Software Engineering Jobs.
