Philip D'Arbanville currently serves as a Senior Loan Officer and REALTOR for Obsidian Financial Services while also holding a licensed realtor position at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. With experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Peak Finance Company, Philip has been the President of Living Wellness Funding Group since January 2010, focusing on financing for sustainable projects. In addition, Philip has been involved with Living Wellness since 1997, producing various concert and event series featuring renowned artists, and has directed events that honor humanitarian achievements. Philip holds a BA-Masters degree in Film and Philosophy from New York University and completed high school at Rhodes College Prep in NYC.
