Arjan Mostafa serves as the Partner and Head Of Sales at Observa Inkasso & Juridik since October 2022, where the company provides comprehensive solutions for the entire payment chain, including reminders, debt collection, and dispute resolution on both national and international levels. Previously, Arjan held the position of Head Of Factoring at Fedelta Företagslån from April 2021 to March 2023, focusing on establishing and leading the company's factoring operations for Swedish SMEs. Prior to that, Arjan worked as Operations Manager at BestRate, managing daily operations and optimizing user experience for loan comparison services. Arjan's experience also includes roles at Handelsbanken as a Placeringsrådgivare, Bolånehandläggare, and in customer service, along with a professional football career with teams such as IF Elfsborg, Zakho SC, and Kokomo Mantis FC. Arjan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Business & Engineering from the University of Borås and a degree in Ekonomi from Sven Eriksonsgymnasiet.
