OBS AGP began its commercial operations in 2021 as an independent pharmaceutical company in Karachi, Pakistan.

OBS Group, through its subsidiary AGP Limited acquired a selected portfolio of products which are commercialized in Pakistan under the Sandoz brand. 
This acquisition includes some widely used brands such as Azomax, Zatofen and Amoxi-Clav, which are owned by Sandoz AG, a company organized under the laws of Switzerland.
