Matt Ferguson began their work experience in 2007 as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Technician in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined ReTrans, Inc. as a Software Engineering Intern, later transitioning to the role of Software Engineer and then Senior Software Engineer. From 2018 to 2023, Matt worked at Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC, starting as a Senior Python Developer and later becoming an Application Architect. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Full-Stack Developer at OBM, Inc.

Matt Ferguson began their education at the University of West Florida in 2010, where they studied Electrical Engineering. After completing their studies in 2013, they transferred to The University of Memphis and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2014.
