Matthew Ferguson

Matthew Ferguson is an experienced Customer Success professional with a strong background in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Obligo since January 2025, Matthew has previously held leadership roles including Head of Customer Success at Earnin from November 2022 to December 2024, and Director of Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success at DailyPay, Inc. from August 2020 to September 2022. At DailyPay, Matthew was instrumental in building a team to manage Enterprise and Strategic clients. Prior to that, Matthew was the Vice President of Customer Success at Edge by Ascential from July 2010 to July 2020, contributing to the merger of several companies into a leading retail and eCommerce insight provider. Matthew holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University.
