Ryszard Żukowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryszard began their career at Electrolux in 2010 as a Junior Logistics Specialist. In 2012, they joined LG Electronics as a REF Materials Specialist for a few months. Ryszard then moved to IBM in 2013, where they held various positions such as Advisory Project Management Officer, RFS Project Manager, and Project Manager until 2016. After that, they joined HSBC as a Project Manager, where they had the opportunity to work on both IT development and business change projects until 2017. Currently, Ryszard is working at Objectivity as a Senior Project Manager, having previously held the positions of Project Manager and Project Management Advisor since joining in 2017.

Ryszard Żukowski pursued their education in a variety of fields. Ryszard started their educational journey by attending Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania "COPERNICUS" from 2004 to 2007, where they focused on IT. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, they enrolled in Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics in business. Ryszard furthered their studies at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master's Degree in Logistics.

Furthermore, Ryszard Żukowski obtained several additional certifications throughout their professional career. In 2009, they acquired TELC B2 BUSINESS from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates. In 2013, they secured Prince2™ Foundation Certificate and ITIL® V3 Certificate from APMG-International and PEOPLECERT, respectively. Later the same year, they obtained a Prince2™ Practitioner Certificate from APMG-International. Ryszard expanded their knowledge in IT services by completing the ITIL® Intermediate Level Service Offerings and Agreements course provided by PEOPLECERT in 2014. In 2015, they acquired the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Ryszard further enhanced their credentials with the Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy in 2017. Lastly, in 2018, Ryszard attained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in 2021, they completed AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner programs, both offered by APMG International.
