Karol Romaniuk has work experience as a Mid Software Engineer (.NET + angular) at Objectivity starting in May 2022. Before that, they worked at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. as a .NET full stack developer from March 2021 to April 2022. Karol also had an internship as a .NET full stack developer at KMD Poland from July 2020 to November 2020.

Karol Romaniuk pursued their education from 2014 to 2019 at Warsaw University of Technology. During this period, they obtained a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation, earning the title of Inżynier (Inż.). Additionally, Karol Romaniuk acquired certifications in different fields. In October 2022, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In September 2014, they obtained an English language certificate at C1 level from the Center for languages 'The Point'.
