Olya Nikitova is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member and Investor at obimy since August 2021, Olya contributes as a strategic advisor for the app focused on emotional connections. Since June 2014, Olya has held the position of Senior Vice President at Timecode, guiding the firm's strategic planning and market entry efforts. Previous roles include a lead consultant for Senseā€™s international IT staff augmentation project in 2022, President & CEO of Nikitova LLCā€”overseeing game development and production from 2001 to 2019ā€”and founder and CEO of ODA Inc. from 2015 to 2016, where Olya developed a unique auction platform. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Publishing for Eastern Europe at Oberon Media. Olya holds an MBA in Auditing and Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
