Cathy Wei has a strong background in e-commerce, with extensive experience in managing and improving online retail websites. Cathy started their career in 2000 as a Web Designer at Pin Up Girl Clothing. In 2005, they joined Clothing, Textiles, and Interior Design as an E-commerce Manager, where they established the e-commerce department and oversaw various aspects of online operations. In 2011, Cathy became the Director of E-commerce at Matilda Jane Clothing, where they managed all aspects of the US e-commerce business. Currently, Cathy is serving as the Vice President of E-commerce at OBEY Clothing, where they are responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the online retail platform.

Cathy Wei obtained a Master's degree in Information Resources Management from the University of Southern California from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from Sichuan University from 1992 to 1996. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in Office 365 administration from LinkedIn.
