Spiros Chrysidis is a seasoned Performance Psychologist with extensive experience in enhancing mental performance and well-being across various domains. Currently serving at Mindset Lab since November 2018, Spiros specializes in 1:1 coaching, workshops, and evidence-based methodologies. In addition to this role, Spiros leads sport psychological training programs at Berliner Athletik Klub 07 E.V., focusing on mental skills development, leadership coaching, and team cohesion.
