Sara Couch CALP has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Oberer Companies since March 2014. In this role, Sara welcomes prospects and guides them through the move-in process, handles rent collection and delinquent accounts, and markets the community through various outreach efforts. Previously, Sara held the position of Assistant Manager at Adara Communities and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Precision Gage & Tool Company. Sara began a career in education as an Assistant Teacher at South Community Inc from 2000 to 2010. Sara also has a background in Commercial and Advertising Art, having studied at Sinclair Community College. Active participation in the Social Media Committee and Education Committee at the GDAA further highlights Sara's commitment to professional development.
