Vitali Silitski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vitali began their career in 2010 as an International Recruiter and later an Employment Specialist at Orion.PL, where they managed full-cycle recruitment, actively recruited for company bids, and served as a single point of contact for foreign employees.

In 2011, Vitali worked as a Night Audit Supervisor at Holiday Inn****, where they were responsible for overseeing the night audit operations.

From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Business Support Specialist at Atos IT Solutions and Services, an international IT services company, where they provided assistance and support to the business operations.

In 2015, Vitali worked as a Multilingual Interpreter at translation.ie, where they provided simultaneous interpretation services for various settings.

Vitali then joined Slainte Healthcare in 2015 as a Project Support, where they focused on implementing and testing paperless solutions in the healthcare sector.

Starting in 2016, Vitali worked at Obelisk, first as a Planning Administrator, and later as a Project Supervisor. In these roles, they oversaw subcontractors, managed project lifecycles, and liaised with telecommunication providers.

Recently, in 2022, they assumed the role of Transmission Project Manager at Obelisk. In this position, they are responsible for managing project implementation, ensuring successful delivery, identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and handling commercial aspects such as pricing, access, and invoicing.

Vitali Silitski completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language, American Culture, and Translation from Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego between 2007 and 2010. In April 2021, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner Certification from PeopleCert.
