Vanessa Prestia is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at Obagi since November 2024, Vanessa previously held the position of VP of Sales Operations & Customer Experience at IMAGE Skincare from December 2012 to July 2024, where innovative initiatives and strong leadership skills led to significant promotions. Vanessa's career also includes a role as Vice President of Operations at Nationwide Move Management, where strategic sales leadership resulted in four promotions and enhanced competitive positioning. Earlier experience includes directing customer service operations at Freedom Debt Management, Inc., leading the company to ISO 9000:2001 certification, and managing training and quality assurance at Debt Management Associates, Inc. Vanessa holds a degree from the University of South Florida.
