Carolina Rosengren has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carolina most recently worked at Oatly as the VP, Head of Digital Development, where they were responsible for the company's global digital development strategy and long-term growth plans. Prior to that, they worked at Knowit as a Business Area Manager, focusing on securing delivery and profitability after Knowit's acquisition of Cybercom. Carolina also had a significant tenure at Cybercom Group, where they served as the Head of BU/Dept Head of Site Öresund, contributing to the company's digital transformation efforts. Before that, they worked at HKScan Corporation as an IT Business Service Area Manager and IT Service Manager, leading teams responsible for IT services in different countries. Carolina also held the position of Digital Communications Manager & Strategic Manager at HKScan, where they played a key role in developing and managing the company's digital solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Logica in the Application Management division and at Conagri AB as a Manager and System Developer. Carolina Rosengren obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from LiTH, Linköping, Sweden, from 1995 to 2000. Carolina also holds additional certifications, including Google Cloud Concepts from Linux Academy and AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Carolina has also completed a certification called "Rätt fokus i styrelsearbete" from Styrelseakademien Skåne.
