Steve Pereira serves as the Principal Consultant at Visible Flow Consulting, where expertise focuses on enhancing software product teams' capabilities through tools and coaching. Additionally, Pereira contributes as an author and speaker for IT Revolution and plays a pivotal role as a Founding Board Advisor for the Value Stream Management Consortium, promoting value stream-centric methodologies. As a founding member of the OASIS VSMI standard TC, Pereira is involved in establishing a protocol for data sharing within the software supply chain. Contributions also extend to co-authoring content on enabling workplace flow and mentoring underrepresented startup founders through Futurpreneur Canada. As the Community Leader for DevOps Toronto, Pereira fosters professional collaboration and learning. Past experience includes consulting on value stream management strategies at Copado and organizing DevOps Days Toronto events. Pereira holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
