Kelsey McCarthy is an experienced sales and operations leader, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Oasis Experiences since June 2023. In this role, Kelsey directs sales strategies across 50 customer sites to enhance B2C and B2B occupancy and revenue for marinas. Prior to this position, Kelsey spent nearly a decade at City Experiences, where roles included General Manager, overseeing extensive operations with total revenues of $33M, and Director-level positions focusing on sales and team restructuring. Kelsey's career also includes roles at Event Concepts and Chic Communications, further showcasing a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and operational excellence. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Virginia Tech in 2011.
