The National Leads and Directors team at Oasis Community Learning coordinates and oversees various strategic functions to ensure comprehensive and exceptional education within the community. This team manages compliance, safeguarding, inclusion, SEND, sixth form strategy, operational development, communications, property, ethos, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational culture across primary and secondary education. They work collaboratively to implement policies and initiatives that support student and staff success, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
