Eric Grant is a seasoned real estate professional and community advocate with extensive experience in the Vancouver market. As the Managing Broker at Oakwyn Realty Ltd since July 2016, Eric focuses on client-centered home and condo sales while maintaining professionalism and approachability. Eric founded the Granting Hope Foundation in January 2010 to support locals in need. Previous roles include Team Lead at GRANT GROUP OF REALTORS® and Realtor at CENTURY 21 In Town Realty Vancouver, among others. Eric also has a background in the arts, having been an Owner/Actor with Emperor Talent Inc. and trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Eric's diverse experiences are complemented by a BA in Theatre with a minor in Shakespeare, alongside additional education at Langara College and South Delta Senior Secondary.
