In her role as Regional Vice President with Oakwood, Debbie is responsible for the overall operation of various multifamily sites. She focuses specifically on new construction and she is an expert in meeting clients’ needs from inception and development through fill up. Debbie started with Oakwood in 1986 and has served as Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Senior District Manager, and Regional Manager during her time with the company. Debbie is a licensed Real Estate Professional. She is active in the Columbus Apartment Association and participates in continuing education and training to maintain her Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. She is also a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Columbus chapter. Debbie attended The University of Akron. She loves to cook, travel, and spend time at the beach.
