Jennifer Stephen is the Director of Customer Experience at Oakville Public Library since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from Vaughan Public Libraries where employment spanned from April 2004 to December 2022 in various roles including Area Manager - North Vaughan and multiple Library Manager positions. Jennifer holds a Master of Studies in Social Innovation from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership from Schulich School of Business. Additionally, a Master of Library and Information Science was obtained from Western University, complemented by an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies and History from the University of King's College.
