Bodine Berger is a seasoned professional in franchise development and operational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Development at Eggs Up Grill since November 2022. Previously, Bodine held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Sturmex Staffing from April 2021 to November 2022, where a human resource and recruitment strategy was developed. Additionally, Bodine was the Director of Business Development at Lunch and Recess, an Emmy Award-winning film production company, from October 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Vice President of Development at You've Got Maids, the largest independently owned maid cleaning franchise in the Americas, from May 2015 to October 2019. Bodine Berger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the College of Charleston.
