Christianna Lynch currently serves as the Chief Quality Officer at Oaks Integrated Care, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Christianna held the role of Director of Performance Improvement and Compliance Officer at Fairmount Behavioral Health System from May 2023 to February 2024. Christianna spent over 14 years at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in various quality improvement roles, culminating as the National Quality Improvement Implementation Lead. Additional experience includes serving as Philadelphia Territory Manager for The Wine Group from September 2013 to November 2014. Christianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Holy Family University.
