Mohith Sondhi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction origination and structuring. Currently serving as Senior Director at OakNorth Bank since April 2016, Mohith focuses on delivering tailored short and long-term funding solutions for growing businesses. At the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Mohith has been employed since 2000, responsibilities include managing complex transactions without financial sponsors, encompassing acquisitions, recapitalisations, and refinancing deals, in addition to overseeing a diverse portfolio of Leveraged Finance clients across various sectors. Mohith holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Leicester, along with additional certification from ACIB.
