Nabila Shah has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nabila started as a Surgery Scheduler at Norcal Urology Medical Group in 2009 and held this position until January 2013. In 2012, they joined Crossroads Home Health Care and Hospice as a Business Office Manager. From 2019, they worked at Oakmont Senior Living, first as a Business Office Director at Montecito and later as a Business Office Director. Nabila is currently employed as an Administrator at Careon Home Health, a position they began in September 2021.

Nabila Shah completed their education starting from 2006 when they pursued an AA Degree in Business Administration at Ohlone College. Nabila continued their studies at California State University - East Bay from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a BS degree in Health Science. In addition to their degrees, Nabila Shah also obtained certifications in EKG and Phlebotomy in March 2013, although the specific institution where they obtained these certifications is unknown.
