Yaron Zimbler has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Grindrod Bank since July 2006, where responsibilities include providing bespoke financial services and funding for various transactions. Concurrently, Yaron has been a Director at Oaklins since May 2008, contributing to mid-market M&A advisory with a global focus. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Grant Thornton from January 1999 to June 2006, where Yaron was involved in transaction support and advisory services. Yaron holds a BCom Hons degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, earned between 1994 and 1998.
