Katy Henderson is a Corporation Member at Oaklands College. Katy previously worked as a Ski Season from December 2012 to April 2013. In March 2020, they became the Operational Excellence Director for the SCSJV working on the HS2 Main Works Contract. As the Head of Business Improvement - HS2, they were responsible for leading the Operational Excellence Departments from August 2017 to March 2020. From January 2017 to July 2017, Katy was the Innovation Project Leader at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

Katy Henderson's educational career includes taking professional entrance examinations for the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand and the New Zealand Institute of Cadastral Surveyors. Katy also has a Bachelor's Degree 1st Class Honours in Surveying Engineering from the University of Otago. Additionally, they are certified by Process Management International (PMI) in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Advanced Communications Strategy and PR Management, Managing and Influencing Stakeholders, Strategy Deployment Through Hoshin Kanri Master Class, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Katy is also certified by TOBY AND KATE MCCARTNEY LIMITED in Neuro Linguistinc Programming Practioners.
