Dylan Veldman MBA, CPM is an experienced Development Manager at Oak Tree Group since August 2019, specializing in managing property development projects throughout the Project Life Cycle, land acquisition investigations, project master planning, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure necessary approvals are obtained. Prior to this role, Dylan served as an Architectural Practitioner at Aspect Architects and Project Managers, focusing on architectural design and compliance documentation for significant projects, including the Nepean Health Hub and John Fawkner Private Hospital. Dylan has also held roles as a Client-Side Construction Project Manager at Consult Three Architects and Rodney Harber and Associates, overseeing various professional disciplines and high-value projects, including the construction of the New Model High School in South Africa. Additionally, Dylan contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Durban University of Technology. Dylan holds an MBA from Regent Business School and has a robust educational background in building science and architectural studies.
