Jonica Drake possesses extensive experience in marketing and call center operations, currently serving as Director of Marketing/Lead Development at Oak Street Funding since 2016, following a role as Lead Development Manager. Previous positions include Call Center Operations at Career Learning & Academic Support Services, LLC, and Vice President of Call Center Operations at The College Network, where Jonica worked for over 16 years. Earlier career roles include Branch Manager at Ross & Babcock Travel and General Manager at Merchants Travel Management. Jonica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations and an Associate’s Degree in the same field, both from Marian University Indianapolis.
