Adam Foster is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Oak Steakhouse since August 2024, Foster previously held similar positions at POP Hospitality Group and Boca Restaurant Group. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, as well as a significant tenure at The Capital Grille and McCormick & Schmick's. Foster began the career as an Hourly Manager at Bonefish Grill and also contributed as a Corporate Trainer at Logan's Roadhouse. In addition to practical experience, Foster holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Print Journalism from George Mason University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Mary Washington, and is a Certified Sommelier - Level I through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
