Jonathan Harwell is currently a Graduate Research Fellow at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, focusing on the development of microwave absorbable 3D printing filaments under the ORISE Fellowship. Jonathan has experience as a Scientist and Auditor at Tetramer, performing analytical testing and ISO auditing. Previous roles include optimizing product scalability at Tetramer, serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, and working as an Engineer at Possehl Connector Services to improve production efficiency through lean manufacturing practices. Jonathan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Clemson University, where involvement as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant contributed to significant research and educational support. Additional experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer at Poly-Med, Process Engineer at Possehl Connector Services, and Maintenance Assistant at York Electric Cooperative.
